Who operates this website
Aura Logic is the independent studio of Jorge Luis Jaime, based in Mexico City. For any question about your information, email [email protected]. The studio publishes no telephone number and no postal address: email is the contact channel, and you can also write by direct message from the studio’s public profiles.
Information you submit
The enquiry forms ask for your name, email and project description. Phone number, company and additional details are optional. When you request a quote, the estimator includes your selected service options, indicative budget range and timeline.
How it is used
Your information helps review your request, prepare a quote and reply about your project. If you give us a phone number, we use it only to call you back or write to you about the project: we do not use it for advertising and we do not pass it to third parties. Do not include passwords, payment details or sensitive information in these forms.
How your enquiry is delivered
The form sends your enquiry to a private studio service, which uses Telegram to deliver it to Jorge. Telegram processes information submitted through its service. The on-screen confirmation means the provider accepted the message; it does not mean Jorge has read it. If you choose email or WhatsApp, that channel opens and its privacy terms also apply.
Website speed tool
When you run a speed test, the website address you enter is sent to Google PageSpeed Insights. This test does not request your email or send an enquiry to the studio. Results come from Google; unsuccessful tests display an error.
Browsing and measurement
Only if you accept analytics cookies does this website load Google Analytics 4 to measure page visits and the start of service, contact and quote interactions. Google Analytics uses analytics cookies and processes browsing data. The contact events implemented by the studio do not send form contents. Google Signals and advertising personalization are disabled. The server may also generate operational logs containing information such as IP address, requested path and access time: they are not used to identify you or to show you advertising.
Microsoft Clarity
Only if you accept analytics do we load Microsoft Clarity to create heatmaps and session recordings that help us understand clicks, scrolling and navigation problems. Clarity uses analytics cookies and processes website interaction data. We mark contact and quote forms to mask their contents in recordings. We do not grant advertising storage consent to Clarity.
Cookies and local storage
With your acceptance we store the Google Analytics cookies (_ga and _ga_) and the Microsoft Clarity cookies (_clck and _clsk). Whether you accept or reject, we also store a single value in your browser’s local storage with your choice (auralogic:analytics-consent:v2). It is needed to be able to honour that choice, which is why it does not depend on your permission. We use no advertising cookies and no cross-site tracking cookies.
Your cookie choice
You can accept or reject analytics in the cookie notice. We save your choice in your browser’s local storage. You can change it using the button on this page. If you reject, we do not load the analytics tools; if you withdraw permission, we remove the accessible analytics cookies on this site and reload the page to stop measurement.
How long we keep your data
We keep your enquiry and our reply for 12 months from the last contact. If the enquiry becomes a project, the documents of that project are kept for as long as the legal and contractual obligations of the service require, and are deleted afterwards. Google retains analytics data according to its own retention settings, and Microsoft Clarity retains recordings for the period set in the studio’s dashboard: none of those periods is controlled by this site. Telegram applies its own retention periods to the message it receives.
Your rights
Email [email protected] to ask about information associated with your enquiry, request a correction, ask for deletion, or withdraw your consent to analytics. Jorge reviews each request and replies by email. If you withdraw your consent, the site deletes the accessible analytics cookies and stops measuring.
